This is the design method for thermal power. This type of project application requires coordination with the municipal power department and obtaining internet access permission. 燃气冷热电分布式能源项目控制系统一般分为四个功能模块:显示模块、计算控制模块、报警保护模块和数据记录模块。

1)显示模块:现代设备都有自己的控制系统。任何单个设备都可以按照预先设定的工况自动运行。同时可将所有运行参数通过数据线上传至上位机。燃气冷热电分布式能源项目控制系统显示模块将整个系统的所有设备进行概览,通过屏幕直观显示所有设备的运行状态和运行参数。
1) Display module: Modern devices have their own control systems. Any individual device can automatically operate according to pre-set operating conditions. At the same time, all operating parameters can be uploaded to the upper computer through a data cable. The display module of the distributed energy project control system for gas cooling, heating and power provides an overview of all equipment in the entire system, and visually displays the operating status and parameters of all equipment through the screen.
2)计算与控制模块:主要通过传感器计算系统的运行状态。并根据项目要求设计所需的目标状态。将系统的运行状态与目标状态进行比较后,发出调整命令。为保证功能的稳定性和准确性,建议控制系统采用双闭环控制。

3)告警保护模块:燃气发电机组主要功能是当系统遇到危险状态时发出告警,严重时自动关闭部分设备或停止整个系统,以保护系统免受更大的损害。系统自动停机的危险状态有:水温高、油压低、超速、爆缸、漏气等。4)数据记录模块:用于记录系统运行的数据和参数,以及历史报警记录。通过记录数据分析系统的支持状态来计划维护和保养。
3) Alarm protection module: The main function of a gas generator set is to issue an alarm when the system encounters a dangerous state, and in severe cases, automatically shut down some equipment or stop the entire system to protect the system from greater damage. The dangerous states of automatic shutdown of the system include high water temperature, low oil pressure, overspeed, cylinder explosion, air leakage, etc. 4) Data recording module: used to record system operation data and parameters, as well as historical alarm records. Plan maintenance and upkeep by recording the support status of the data analysis system.
