1、柴油或机油杂质多影响燃烧，或者牌号不对，不能在工作环境下正常流转；

2、环境温度或冷却水温度过低，气缸内温度达不到压燃要求；

3、柴油机进入气缸内的机油过多，影响燃烧，即窜机油问题，活塞、气缸磨损过大，两者间隙增加，不止影响气缸内燃烧压力，还降低了机油刮走的能力，其他如活塞环损坏、气门损坏等问题也是窜机油问题的常见故障；

This not only affects the combustion pressure in the cylinder, but also reduces the ability of oil to be scraped away. 4、气门密封效果不良、活塞与气缸壁间隙过大引起的漏气问题；

Fuel injector failures, including nozzle dripping, excessive fuel injection, insufficient atomization, premature or delayed fuel injection, insufficient or overpressure fuel injection pressure, can all affect the combustion of diesel in the cylinder, and diesel does not receive enough oxygen for combustion.

发动机的积碳问题是长久以来存在的问题，即使是在规范操作的前提下，发动机长期运转也可能出现少量积碳问题，未充分燃烧的碳颗粒聚集在排气系统处，形成积碳，柴油发电机组以柴油发动机作为驱动，产生积碳也是其常见的故障之一。
