柴油发电机组活塞环在长期的使用过程中受到高温高压和往复运动的影响,会使磨损加剧。当磨损达到一定限度时,活塞环的弹力开始减退,端隙、侧隙和背隙也会逐渐增大,对燃烧室的密封作用会减弱。
The piston rings of diesel generator sets are affected by high temperature, high pressure, and reciprocating motion during long-term use, which can exacerbate wear. When the wear reaches a certain limit, the elasticity of the piston ring begins to decrease, and the end gap, side gap, and back gap also gradually increase, weakening the sealing effect on the combustion chamber.
一、柴油机运行时,打开加机油口盖观察冒烟情况,若有冒烟现象,则逐缸断油,若发现冒烟减轻或消失,响声也消失,则说明是活塞环槽磨损过甚或活塞环断裂,应及时维修。
1、 When the diesel engine is running, open the oil filler cap to observe the smoke situation. If there is smoke, cut off the oil cylinder by cylinder. If smoke is reduced or disappears, and the sound also disappears, it indicates that the piston ring groove is worn or even broken, and it should be repaired in a timely manner.

二、若断油试验响声没有变化,而用一字旋具抵着缸盖部位,感觉有明显的振动,则是活塞环碰撞气缸磨损处的缸肩而发出的响声。此时应重新修整气缸,以免活塞环断裂。
2、 If there is no change in the sound during the fuel cut-off test, but there is a noticeable vibration when using a flat screwdriver to press against the cylinder head, it is the sound made by the piston ring colliding with the shoulder of the worn cylinder. At this point, the cylinder should be reconditioned to avoid piston ring breakage.
三、在热机检查时,可从喷油器安装口处注入少量机油,转动曲轴,再装回喷油器发动柴油机,若短时间内响声减弱或消失,则是活塞环与气缸壁密封不良。若注入机油后,仍从加机油口冒烟或更甚,则可确诊为活塞环对口(各道活塞环的开口间隙安装在同一方向上,安装时,相邻两活塞环的开口间隙应错开120度-180度)或活塞环卡在环槽内失去弹性,对此应进行维护,清除积炭。
3、 During the hot engine inspection, a small amount of engine oil can be injected from the installation port of the fuel injector, the crankshaft can be turned, and then the fuel injector can be reinstalled to start the diesel engine. If the noise weakens or disappears in a short period of time, it indicates poor sealing between the piston ring and the cylinder wall. If smoke or even more is emitted from the oil filling port after injecting engine oil, it can be diagnosed as piston ring alignment (the opening gaps of each piston ring are installed in the same direction, and the opening gaps of adjacent piston rings should be staggered by 120 degrees to 180 degrees during installation) or piston rings getting stuck in the ring groove and losing elasticity. Maintenance should be carried out to remove carbon deposits.
