1、 海拔
1. Altitude
随着海拔的升高,空气将越来越稀薄,空气的密度也将越来越小。相同体积的空气中所含O2的质量也越来越小,直到不能满足发动机额定负载的需要。此时发动机将降载运行。
As the altitude increases, the air will become thinner and the density of the air will also decrease. The mass of O2 contained in the same volume of air also decreases until it cannot meet the requirements of the engine's rated load. At this point, the engine will run with reduced load.
同时对于高压发电机组,应检查其发电机的电气间隙是否符合规范要求。
At the same time, for high-voltage generator sets, the electrical clearance of their generators should be checked to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
2、 最高气温
2. Maximum temperature
温度也是发动机降载的重要因素。空气密度将随着气温升高而变小,到达某个温度,发动机也将因为没有足够的O2而降载。
Temperature is also an important factor in engine load reduction. The air density will decrease as the temperature rises, and at a certain temperature, the engine will also be unloaded due to insufficient O2.
另一方面,环境温度过高,将会导致发动机冷却系统散热能力下降而不能满足发动机额定负载支持的散热要求,降载运行。
On the other hand, if the ambient temperature is too high, it will lead to a decrease in the heat dissipation capacity of the engine cooling system, which cannot meet the heat dissipation requirements supported by the rated load of the engine, resulting in reduced load operation.
3、 最低气温
3. Minimum temperature
发动机的环境温度,也不是越低越好。温度太低,发动机不易启动,也影响混合器的控制。如果最低的环境温度低于发动机要求的环境温度,则需要设计循环空气通道,利用机房空气热量加热进入发动机的空气,满足发动机运行的温度要求。
The lower the ambient temperature of the engine, the better. The temperature is too low, making it difficult to start the engine and affecting the control of the mixer. If the minimum ambient temperature is lower than the required ambient temperature of the engine, a circulating air channel needs to be designed to use the heat of the engine room air to heat the air entering the engine and meet the temperature requirements for engine operation.
4、 湿度
4. Humidity
温度高的空气中含有较多的水分。涡轮增压的发动机中冷器在将空气冷却的过程中会将大量的水积集在中冷器。而空气中的水分通常具有腐蚀性,因此应该选择不锈钢的中冷器来加强其抗腐蚀的能力,延长其使用寿命。
The air with high temperature contains more moisture. The intercooler of a turbocharged engine will accumulate a large amount of water in the intercooler during the process of cooling the air. The moisture in the air is usually corrosive, so stainless steel intercoolers should be chosen to enhance their corrosion resistance and extend their service life.
5、 粉尘

如果环境条件为多粉尘的环境,为了加强发动机空气过滤器的过滤能力,需选择重型空气滤清器。
If the environmental conditions are dusty, in order to enhance the filtering ability of the engine air filter, a heavy-duty air filter should be selected.
在多粉尘的环境中,发电机也需要加装空气过滤器,防止粉尘进入发电,影响发电机的绝缘性能。
In dusty environments, generators also need to be equipped with air filters to prevent dust from entering the power generation and affecting the insulation performance of the generator.
6、 海洋腐蚀
6. Marine corrosion
如果项目现场临海安装,由于海洋空气中含有不同含量的盐,长时间以来,盐将与铜发生化学反应而导致腐蚀。根据海洋中盐量成分的含量需对发电机组进行防腐处理,特别是含铜的发电机和散热水箱。
If the project is installed near the sea, due to the varying levels of salt in the ocean air, salt will react chemically with copper over time, leading to corrosion. According to the salt content in the ocean, anti-corrosion treatment should be carried out on the generator set, especially for copper containing generators and cooling water tanks.
