燃气发电机组顾名思义就是烧燃气的发电机组，分为内燃发电机组和燃气轮发电机组，他们都是以燃气作为燃料。燃气发电机组一般包括：发动机、发电机、控制器这几个部分组成，还有可选用装置稳压过滤装置、气液分离装置等，发动机与发电机同轴连接，并置于整机底盘上，再将消声器和调速器连接在发动机上，由燃气源通入发动机的燃气通道，连接在发动机上带拉绳的反冲起动器以及连接在发电机输出端的电压调节器，其中燃气源内置放的可燃气体是天然气或石油液化气或沼气。

燃气发电机组的燃烧方式主要有以下几种：

1、燃气发电机组的稀薄燃烧，混合气体中的燃气含量低，燃气燃料与空气之比可达1：25以上的发动机。这种发动机不足就是排放残留过多的氧，损失了动力，但优点是缸体内燃料的燃烧是充分的，并且氮氧化物排放量降低了。

The deficiency of this type of engine is that it emits too much residual oxygen, losing power. 2、燃气发电机组的燃烧方式按化学计量燃烧：指可燃混合气中理论上可完全燃烧的实际含有的燃气量与空气量之比，是表示可燃混合气中燃料量与空气量配合比例的一个参数。当量比大于1，表示可燃混合气中所含实际空气量少于所必须的理论空气量，即空气量不足，燃烧效率随燃油当量比增加而下降，反之，当量比小于1，则表示可燃混合气中所含实际空气量超过所必需的理论空气量，即空气量过剩。当量比实际上就是过量空气系数的倒数。这种燃烧氮氧化物的排量高，温度也很高，高的时候可达到700摄氏度。

This type of combustion of nitrogen oxides has a high displacement and temperature, reaching up to 700 degrees Celsius at high temperatures.

3、燃气发电机组的富燃烧，所谓富燃烧就是燃料多，氧气相对说少一些，但是他的动力足，但由于在缸体内会燃烧不充分，会通过烟管排到外面来。优点是动力十足，燃料温度低，不足之处是一氧化碳排量多，燃料消耗高。
