产生水垢后有以下两种方法可清理。

一、用酸碱清洗剂清除。用30 公斤水,2.5公斤苛性钠,0.6公斤煤油配成清洗液,倒入水箱中。然后启动柴油机,中速运行10分钟左右后熄火。待10至12小时后再重新启动柴油机,中速运转10分钟左右熄火,放出清洁液。加入清洁的冷却水后起动柴油机,中速运行自行清洁。如此反复2至3次,即可将水垢彻底清除干净。
1、 Remove with acid-base cleaning agent. First, 30 kg of water, 2.5 kg of caustic soda and 0.6 kg of kerosene are used to prepare the cleaning solution and pour it into the water tank. Then start the diesel engine, run at medium speed for about 10 minutes and then shut down. Restart the diesel engine after 10 to 12 hours, run at medium speed for about 10 minutes, turn off the engine and discharge the cleaning fluid. 二、用压力水冲洗。放出冷却水箱的冷却水,拆下散热器进出水管,气缸盖出水管,节温器,然后装回气缸出水管,用压力不超过3kgf/cm2的清水从气缸盖出水管灌进,冲洗水套,将积垢排除,直到水泵流出的水不浑浊为止,从散热器出水管处将水冲入,排除水垢,直到加水口流出不浑浊的水为止。
2、 Flush with pressure water. Drain the cooling water from the cooling water tank, remove the inlet and outlet pipes of the radiator, the outlet pipes of the cylinder head and the thermostat, and then reinstall the outlet pipes of the cylinder head. Fill the outlet pipes of the cylinder head with clean water with a pressure of no more than 3kgf / cm2, wash the water jacket, and remove the scale until the water from the water pump is not turbid. Flush the water from the outlet pipes of the radiator to remove the scale until the water from the water inlet is not turbid.
