发动机三角橡胶带的张紧力,是利用风扇架上的调节螺钉改变风扇轴在座驾上的位置进行调整。正确使用和张紧三角橡胶带,对延长三角橡胶带的使用寿命有利,一般使用期限不少于3500h。当三角橡胶带出现剥离分层和因伸长量过大无法达到规定的张紧度时应即换新。
The tension of the engine triangular rubber belt is adjusted by changing the position of the fan shaft on the driver's seat using the adjusting screws on the fan frame. Proper use and tensioning of triangular rubber belts is beneficial for extending their service life, with a general service life of no less than 3500h. When the triangular rubber belt experiences delamination and cannot reach the specified tension due to excessive elongation, it should be replaced immediately.
发动机工作时,三角橡胶带应保持一定的张紧程度。正常情况下,在三角橡胶带中段加29-49N(3-5kgf)的压力,胶带应能按下10-20mm距离。过紧将引起充电发电机、风扇和水泵上的轴承磨损加剧;太松则会使所驱动的附件达不到需要的转速,导致充电发电机电压下降,风扇风量和水泵流量降低,从而影响发动机的正常运转,故应定期对三角橡胶带张紧力进行检查和调整。

Under normal circumstances, apply a pressure of 29-49N (3-5 kgf) to the middle section of the triangular rubber belt, and the tape should be able to press for a distance of 10-20mm. Excessive tightening will cause increased bearing wear on the charging generator, fan, and water pump; If it is too loose, it will cause the driven accessories to not reach the required speed, leading to a decrease in the voltage of the charging generator, a decrease in the fan air volume and water pump flow rate, thereby affecting the normal operation of the engine. Therefore, the tension of the triangular rubber belt should be checked and adjusted regularly.
因此,天然气发电机组用户在购买和调换三角橡胶带时,应注意新带的型号和长度与原用的三角橡胶带一样,如一组采用相同两根以上的三角橡胶带,还应挑选实际长度相差不多为一组,否则每根三角橡胶带的张力不均容易损坏。

二、天然气发电机组机油压力的调整:天然气发动机,在标定转速时的机油压力应为0.245-0.343mpa(2.5-3.5kgf/cm2),在750-850r/min时的机油压力应不小于0.05mpa(0.5kgf/cm2),发动机运行时,如与上述规定压力范围不符时,应及时进行调整。调整时,先拧下调压阀上的封油螺帽,松开锁紧螺母,再用起子转动调节螺栓。旋紧调节螺栓,机油压力升高;旋出则降低。调整到规定范围为止。调整后,将锁紧螺母拧紧,并装上封油螺帽。
2、 Adjustment of oil pressure for natural gas generator sets: For natural gas engines, the oil pressure should be 0.245-0.343 MPa (2.5-3.5 kgf/cm2) at the rated speed, and not less than 0.05mpa (0.5 kgf/cm2) at 750-850 r/min. If the engine is running and does not meet the specified pressure range, adjustments should be made in a timely manner. When adjusting, first tighten the sealing nut on the pressure regulating valve, loosen the locking nut, and then use a screwdriver to turn the adjusting bolt. Tighten the adjusting bolt to increase the oil pressure; Rotate it out to lower it. Adjust to the specified range. After adjustment, tighten the locking nut and install the sealing nut.
