一、合金尾气发电机组工作原理
1、 Working principle of alloy tail gas generator set
合金尾气发电机组是一种以天然气为燃料,通过燃烧产生热能,进而转化为机械能驱动发电机发电的设备。天然气与空气混合后进入气缸,在火花塞点火的作用下燃烧,燃烧产生的能量推动活塞运动,带动曲轴旋转,最终使发电机发电。
Alloy tail gas generator set is a device that uses natural gas as fuel, generates heat energy through combustion, and then converts it into mechanical energy to drive the generator to generate electricity. After mixing with air, natural gas enters the cylinder and burns under the action of spark plug ignition. 气路堵塞是导致熄火的一个因素。例如气瓶管路被调整螺钉堵塞和高压滤清滤芯破损,会阻碍天然气的正常供应,使发动机因缺乏燃料而熄火。
Air blockage is a factor that causes engine stalling. For example, if the gas cylinder pipeline is blocked by adjustment screws and the high-pressure filter element is damaged, it will hinder the normal supply of natural gas, causing the engine to stall due to a lack of fuel.
供油不及时或供油中断也会引起熄火。比如合金尾气发电机组在运行过程中,如果天然气供应系统的某个部件出现故障,导致天然气无法持续供应到气缸内,发动机就会逐渐无力直至熄火。
Delayed or interrupted fuel supply can also cause engine stalling. For example, during the operation of an alloy exhaust gas generator set, if a component of the natural gas supply system malfunctions, causing the natural gas to be unable to be continuously supplied to the cylinder, the engine will gradually lose power until it stalls.

气缸漏气,燃烧时混入过多空气,使气缸内的天然气浓度太低,引起爆鸣声后进而熄火。
The cylinder leaks air, and excessive air is mixed in during combustion, causing the concentration of natural gas in the cylinder to be too low, resulting in a knocking sound and subsequent flameout.
发动机内部的零部件磨损,如活塞、曲轴等部件磨损严重,会影响发动机的正常运转,可能导致熄火。
The wear and tear of internal components of the engine, such as pistons and crankshafts, can affect the normal operation of the engine and may lead to engine stalling.
四、放炮熄火的综合原因
