1、沼气发电机组启动电池故障，电池长时间未维修。 电解液水分挥发后，不能立即补充。 没有配置启动电池充电器，电池长时间自然放电后电量下降，使用的充电器需要人工定期进行均充更换。 由于疏于更换操作，蓄电池电量达不到要求，解决此问题除配置高质量充电器外，还需要必要的检查维护。

2、水进入柴油发动机，空气中水气因温度变化发生冷凝现象，结成水珠附着在油箱内壁，流入柴油，柴油含水量超标，此类柴油进入发动机高压油泵，精密切割。

3、机油保用期(两年)动机油是机械润滑作用，但机油也有一定的保用期，长时间储存后，机油的物理化学性能会发生变化，导致机组运行时润滑状况恶化，容易引起机组零部件损坏，润滑油定期更换。

After long-term storage, the physical and chemical properties of engine oil will change, leading to deterioration of lubrication conditions during unit operation, which can easily cause damage to unit components. 4、三过滤更换周期(柴过滤、机过滤、空过滤、水过滤)，过滤器起到过滤柴油、机油或水的作用，防止杂质进入机体内。 柴油中油污、杂质也是不可避免的存在，因此在机组运行过程中，过滤器起着重要的作用，但同时这些油污或杂质也堆积在过滤壁上，降低了过滤器的过滤能力，堆积过度，油路由此成为油机的备用机组每两年更换一次。

4. Three filter replacement cycles (diesel filter, machine filter, air filter, water filter), the filter plays a role in filtering diesel, engine oil, or water, preventing impurities from entering the engine body. Oil pollution and impurities are also inevitable in diesel, so filters play an important role in the operation of the unit. However, at the same time, these oil pollutants or impurities also accumulate on the filter wall, reducing the filtering ability of the filter and causing excessive accumulation. As a result, the oil circuit becomes a backup unit for the oil engine, which is replaced every two years.

5、冷却系统、水泵、水箱及输水管道长时间不冲洗，水循环不畅，冷却效果下降，管接头是否良好，水箱、自来水是否漏水等冷却系统出现故障，导致冷却效果较差，机组即使水箱漏水导致水箱内水位下降，机组也不能正常动作。 (冬季使用发电机时，建议在冷却系统中安装水加热器，以免水管冻结。

5. If the cooling system, water pump, water tank, and water delivery pipeline are not flushed for a long time, the water circulation is not smooth, the cooling effect decreases, the pipe joints are good, and the water tank and tap water are leaking, the cooling system malfunctions, resulting in poor cooling effect. Even if the water level in the water tank drops due to water leakage, the unit cannot operate normally. When using the generator in winter, it is recommended to install a water heater in the cooling system to prevent water pipes from freezing.

6、润滑系统、密封，由于润滑油或油脂的化学特性和机械磨损后产生的铁屑，它们不仅降低了润滑效果，而且加速了零件的损伤，同时由于润滑油对橡胶垫有一定的腐蚀作用。

Lubrication systems and seals, due to the chemical properties of lubricating oil or grease and the iron filings generated after mechanical wear, not only reduce lubrication effectiveness, but also accelerate part damage. At the same time, lubricating oil has a certain corrosive effect on rubber pads.

7、燃料、阀门系统、发动机功率主要由燃料在缸内燃烧做功，由于燃料通过喷油嘴喷出，燃烧后的沉积物堆积在喷油嘴上，随着堆积量的增加，喷油嘴喷射量受到一定的影响，喷油嘴点火提前时间不均匀因此，燃料系统定期清洗、过滤部件的更换、油供给变得顺畅，能够向阀系统进行调整。

7. The fuel, valve system, and engine power are mainly powered by the combustion of fuel in the cylinder. As the fuel is sprayed out through the fuel injector, the sediment after combustion accumulates on the injector. As the accumulation increases, the injection amount of the injector is affected to a certain extent, and the ignition advance time of the injector is uneven. Therefore, the fuel system is regularly cleaned, filter components are replaced, and the oil supply becomes smooth, which can be adjusted to the valve system.

8、沼气发电机组控制部分、油机控制部分也是机组维护的重要部分，机组使用过长，线路接缝松动，AVR模块是否正常工作。
